Alpine Armoring's logistics team books enclosed carriers, open carriers, or flatbed trucks out of Chantilly, Virginia, and schedules time-sensitive pickups through a network of professional drivers. Enclosed transport is the sensible default for a finished armored vehicle, since it keeps weather off the paint and keeps the car out of sight in transit. Clients who already work with a trusted carrier can have the vehicle released to that provider instead. Overseas orders move by container or Roll On/Roll Off instead of truck. Inspect the vehicle on arrival before the driver leaves, checking glass seals, door fit, and panel gaps against the build sheet.

Coverage starts at handover: a one-year warranty on the armored components and the repairs they need during that year. Factory coverage runs separately, and whether a manufacturer honors a claim depends on the claim itself rather than on the conversion as a whole: a fault with no connection to the armoring is handled as it would be on any vehicle, while anything tied to the ballistic package comes back to Alpine Armoring. The first annual armor inspection falls due twelve months out, so put it in the calendar the week the car lands.
