It depends on the vehicle’s protection level, destination, intended use, and end-user. Standard models up to Alpine A9 (CEN B6) may qualify under updated Department of Commerce rules, but A10 (CEN B7) and above always require an export license – as does any vehicle with weapon modifications such as gun ports.
