Alpine Armoring Brings Armored Elegance to Pebble Beach Concours 2026

CHANTILLY, VA, UNITED STATES, July 31, 2026 -- Alpine Armoring, a leading manufacturer of high-quality armored vehicles, is pleased to announce a special display in conjunction with the 75th Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, taking place August 13–16, 2026, at Pebble Beach Golf Links in Pebble Beach, California. During Pebble Beach Automotive Week, Alpine Armoring will present the Condorᵗ® Armored Luxury Tactical Truck, armored to Alpine Level A9 (CEN B6+), the Armored Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG, armored to Alpine Level A9, and the MASTIFF® Limited Edition, one of only 21 built worldwide and rated against .50-caliber rifle fire.
Begun in 1950 and held on the 18th fairway of Pebble Beach Golf Links, the Concours is regarded as the world's premier celebration of the automobile. Entrants compete for Best of Show and are judged on elegance, technical merit and history; the 2025 field drew 229 cars from 22 countries, and the event has raised more than $45 million for charity to date. The show field also hosts some of the year's most anticipated automotive concepts and new car debuts. This year, the 3rd fairway opens for the largest gathering of Lamborghini Miuras ever assembled, marking that model's 60th anniversary. The anniversary edition honors Ferrari as its featured marque and Carrozzeria Vignale as its featured coachbuilder, a tribute to hand-formed metal and bespoke interiors.
On Display
- Condorᵗ® Armored Luxury Tactical Truck - A four-passenger, 2+2 armored build weighing close to 17,000 lbs, protected to Alpine Level A9 with armor plate and no-spall ballistic glass certified by Beschussamt München. Alpine Armoring is the only manufacturer that meets both Aberdeen Proving Ground and VPAM VR7 standards, with materials tested to EN 1063, NIJ 0101.07, and STANAG 4569. Perforated leather captain's chairs, bespoke wood-laminate flooring and RGB ambient lighting finish the cabin.
- Armored Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG - Armored to Alpine Level A9, with anti-mine protection on the roof and floor, and 21-inch wheels with run-flat inserts. Alpine Armoring offers the G-Wagon platform in both G550 and G63 AMG trims, with options such as an engine-bay fire-suppression system and an electric door-shock system. A completed Night Black Magno G63 is in stock at the company's Chantilly, Virginia, headquarters and is available to ship immediately.
- MASTIFF® Limited Edition - The first and only commercially offered civilian armored vehicle capable of stopping .50-caliber rifle fire, engineered on Alpine Armoring's Level A12 (B7+) armor technology. Just 21 units exist worldwide, making it the most exclusive vehicle the company has produced since its founding in 1997. Built for total independence, it carries a range of more than 1,500 miles on a single tank. Its appearance at the 75th Concours marks a rare public showing.
"Vignale's craftsmen shaped every panel by hand, and our shop still works that way," said Cameron Khoroushi, director of design and engineering at Alpine Armoring. "Between 200 and 400 engineering hours go into a single Level A9 SUV. The 75th Concours celebrates that kind of craftsmanship, and Alpine Armoring is honored to take part."
Guests can view the MASTIFF® throughout Pebble Beach Automotive Week, August 13 through 16, with the Condorᵗ® and armored G63 AMG joining the display on Saturday and Sunday, August 15 and 16.
