Alpine Armoring handles cutting, fabrication, and assembly in-house. The plants total more than 150,000 square feet and can handle up to 30 vehicles a month. Engineers draw every panel to the specific make and model, then laser cutters, water jets, plasma cutters, and CNC machines shape each piece to that drawing. Steel runs from 3mm to 14mm depending on level, layered with Dyneema, Kevlar, and ceramic composites that cut weight by up to 40% compared with traditional ballistic solutions, keeping handling close to stock.

Its buyers include Fortune 500 companies, United States government agencies, the United Nations, NGOs, more than 75 foreign governments, and private VIPs. Federal agencies buy through GSA contract 47QSMS26D0064, which replaces open-bid procurement with a straightforward purchase order. Alpine Armoring also keeps finished vehicles in stock, so a buyer who needs protection this month takes delivery in days instead of waiting 4 to 12 weeks for a custom build.
