Alpine Armoring’s armored Pit-Bull® model trucks for sale have been exhibited at different trade shows in United States including International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP).
Based on Ford F-550 4x4 heavy duty chassis, this Pit-Bull® is already in use by many police and law enforcement agencies in the US and around the world. At protection level A9/B6+ it roughly weighs 16,600 pounds, with a seating capacity of up to 14 crew members.
Protection
A vehicle’s ballistic protection level varies based on the clients needs and risk assessment of the environment. Alpine’s Pit-Bull® model SWAT truck offers protection all the way to level A12/B7+ that would stop .50 Cal. round and Armor Piercing high power rounds of AK-47 and M16 rifles. Typically, levels A9/B6+ and A11/B7 are needed for most applications in US and worldwide. For those clients interested in additional features, Alpine Armoring’s Pit-Bull® also comes with a 360-degree rotating front gun turret as well as individual lockable gun high power rifle racks and many more customized options epr each client's specifications..
Features
For added security, Alpine’s Pit-Bull® features P/A system, remote control searchlights, red and blue law enforcement strobe lights on all four sides, a thermal image camera, and three separate cameras with 360-degree viewing with multi-screen monitor. Additionally, optional removable mesh screens are available to be mounted on all glass windows.
